Join us for our monthly EFT Video Sunday!


 These events will take place monthly and will give the greater New York City EFT Community a chance to watch training tapes together with a supervisor moderating the discussions.

Emotionally Focused Therapy in Action:
We will be viewing a portion of this 3.5 hour DVD, in which Dr. Sue Johnson conducts an actual session with a challenging couple haunted by the "echoes of war".  Sue consults with the couples' therapist, aided by video clips from prior sessions and discusses key points with Dr. Victor Yalom.  Dr. Johnson works with this couple in a brilliant demonstration of the subtlety and efficacy of EFT.  In a single session, she helps them conceptualize their conflicts in attachment terms, gain an understanding of their negative cycle and begin to reveal some of the vulnerable feelings that underlie their explosive anger.
