"What do you notice in your body?"

Using somatic interventions in EFT

When: Friday, May 8, 3:30-5:30 PM

Where: Birch Family Services
104 West 29th Street (at Sixth Ave.)
2nd Floor Training Room

Sue Johnson provides a great model for turning to the body to explore emotion through sensation and bodily experience.   As EFT therapists, this can feel unfamiliar or awkward.  In this seminar, we’ll use video clips and role plays to look at how to become more comfortable and familiar with working with the body in EFT.  Having a deeper understanding of somatic interventions can broaden your use of the body to explore internal working models and implicit memories, as well as aid our couples to understand and empathize with one another’s experiences.
