with EFT Trainers George Faller and Lisa Palmer-Olsen

The 2015 EFT Supervisor’s Retreat will be a combination of didactic and experiential learning across the two days. You may attend this course as credit toward the required 6 hour supervision course for EFT supervisor certification. George and Lisa cover the new EFT Supervision and training model, as well as the unique aspects of good clinical supervision across all models of therapy. Each participant will have the opportunity to review their current work, as well as receive feedback about their supervision structure and process. Participants will leave with a more in-depth understanding of their own supervision model and how to implement this process across varying levels of development.

Testimonials from the 2013 Supervisor’s Retreat in San Diego:

"The tone set by Lisa and George made it so easy and safe to slip into my authentic vulnerability.  It was so clear from this experience that the element that matters most in the supervision and therapy process is being real in the moment.  The main “move” is transparency.  Lean into what IS."

Sandy Jardine, M.S., LPC, Certified EFT Supervisor and Therapist,

Scottsdale, AZ

"Lisa and George led the way to help all of us step outside of our comfort zones and be more vulnerable, courageous and open ourselves.  George and Lisa were amazingly authentic and risk taking leaders.  They modeled for us how to truly experience and embrace EFT with each other.  The community of supportive, loving and accepting colleagues was also incredible."

Michelle Gannon, PhD, Certified EFT Supervisor and Therapist,

San Francisco, CA

“I have had the privilege of working with George as my mentor, and enjoyed the unique opportunity to work with Lisa in a live consultation in front of the group at the 2013 Supervisor Retreat. I am very grateful to George and Lisa for their care and compassion, as well as for the responsiveness of the entire group. As we leaned into my Self as a Supervisor, I received amazing support and affirmations that I still carry with me. I truly appreciate how important our alliance is in the supervisory relationship and process, how much our supervisees put their trust in us, and how much we need each other alongside for all the work we do as supervisors, and therapists. I highly recommend those who were unable to make it to the San Diego Retreat to not miss out on the 2015 event in Connecticut."

Karen Giunta, LMFT, Certified EFT Supervisor and Therapist,
